How Much Time Does It Take For The Order To Get Shipped?
Once a user successfully places an order on the website, (this step is completed once the payment is successfully made through our payment gateway vendor), the Buddha Solution will send you an email containing the details of the order you have placed.
The Buddha Solution will deliver your order within 7 days, and once the item is shipped, we will send another email containing the details of the shipping information. We have partnered with credible courier companies to deliver your order. Orders are shipped through both air and ground.
Does 'The Buddha Solution' Deliver Internationally?
Yes, we can deliver products internationally across most parts of the world. The payment will have to be made through PayPal payment gateway. International delivery takes up to 10-15 days, depending upon the destination.
How To Place An International Order?
Select the products you want to buy and email the list to email@example.com, along with your shipping address. We will then calculate the shipping charges based on your destination and order. Once you confirm the order with the shipping charges, the payment will be made through PayPal payment gateway. Once the payment is successfully made, we will ship your products within the next 48 working hours. A separate mail along with tracking number will be sent once your product is shipped.
Can The Order Be Cancelled Before The Product Has Been Dispatched?
In case the customer wants to cancel the order, before the order has been processed and goods have been dispatched (generally within one working day of the transaction), then the 'The Buddha Solution' will credit the transaction amount to the buyer within a reasonable period of time. The customer needs to contact the Company during working hours to cancel the order.
In the event the order has been processed, then the below given steps need to be followed to seek a refund. The Company holds the right to decide if an order has been processed or not.
Can The Product Be Returned/Exchanged?
The Buddha Solution allows refund (or replacement) in cases where the goods are broken, damaged, have defects, incorrect size, or do not match the listing on the website. Also the item should be UNUSED, and all original packaging needs to be preserved along with price tags, labels and invoice.
In the event, the customer receives goods matching the above criteria, he/she needs to get in touch with the Company within 2 days of product delivery. The Buddha Solution will then resolve the complaint by establishing contact between the seller and the customer. The buyer is required to send the image of the product through email if the product is defective, broken or does not match the listed product.
However, The Buddha Solution will not refund the shipping/delivery charges, and customers will have to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods.
The Buddha Solution will make a credit only to the debit card/credit card/bank account that was originally used while making the transaction. Once the returned item (s) is received at our end, we will credit the money into your account and also send an email confirmation.
In case the buyer needs to exchange his/her product, he/she first needs to return the Goods using the above process. We will refund your order amount once we receive the returned product. The buyer then needs to place a fresh order for the replacement he likes.
What is the policy for Octroi payments applicable in certain locations of India?
There are certain Octroiable cities in India, including Nagpur, Sangli, Dombivili, Nasik, Mumbai, Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune), Ahmednagar, Pune, Akola. In case the octroi is applicable, the customer will have to bear the costs for the same. The Buddha Solution will not bear the costs for Octroi payments.
